Bulk up Look into something like Starting strength. But whatever you decide to go with make sure you learn how to perform the compound lifts with proper form, thats something that will benefit you for the rest of your life... I would guess around 9%...but im not that good at it.
6'3" @213 Squat 1x20x275 press:200, Deadlift:475, Bench:300, P.clean:235, Squat:385 "The only failure that is final is to stop trying to improve"

Looks like a pretty good starting place, agree with starting strength, and same with NM0ney I would guess 8-10 but I am not the greatest at guessing, your pretty cut up though.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

You're one of those naturally muscular dudes, lucky bastard. Find a program that has you doing: squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, barbell rows, and cleans (probably not absolutely necessary, but an excellent exercise for the back and traps and power building). Then do that....

rippedchick Read this. Come back and repost pics in 6 months. http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Bill_Starr_5x5 Those programs are great except for 2 things: 1.) They have you doing incline presses rather then standing overhead presses, which are a million times better, especially considering monday and friday has you doing flat bench 2.) They have you adding weight weekly, when in reality a beginner could be adding weight every workout. The weekly weight additions are great once the faster, more efficient (adding weight every workout) progression is finished with. But hey, if there's no rush, then f*** it, go with the weekly weight increases.

Also, to add my two cents... if you're concentrating on body fat %, nutrition, nutrition, nutrition. Being active and working out is always the best start and the "spark" to combustion. But you need to keep in mind that nutrition is equally important. Our bodies fuel is FOOD. Eating lean can be bland at times, but if you find good recipes it'll make it easier. Try to stick to dishes that are similar to your "home cookin". >side note: I'm a mix between Hawaiian, Caucasion, Filipino, and Spanish. I get to eat all kinds of food (family cookin'). I'll eat raw fish one day, and eat spicy burritos the next. Just keep it lean. Good luck with your transformation. Bodybuilding is a great tool to enhance your life!
