Lunges - 8-10 Reps x3
Hack Squats - 8-10 Reps x3
Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 8-10 Reps x4
Weighted Single Leg Calf Raise - 8-10 Reps x3

Friday

Lateral Raises - 8-10 Reps x3

Rack pulls?

Also, the "leaning forward" part of the dips... is that to meant hit your pecs more?  Just curious.

yea it puts more emphasis on the chest. I got it from an article i was reading about my fav. pro.... Branch "Quadrasaurus" Warren.
He uses massive chains draped over his neck also.

Oh and what do you mean by rack pulls? Ive never heard of em

Rack pulls = a partial deadlift.  Typically the bar is set just below your knees by about an inch, then perform like a deadlift.  It looks like it would take a lot of strain off your knees from the initial pull.

Ok i gotcha. Ive done that before, i just wasnt sure about it now because from what ive read about my knee, most of the problem is when the knee locks out.
I'll probably give them a try and not go to heavy to see how it feels.
