New routine, New Diet, I have no motivation... - Tuesday, October 28, 2008 3:51 PM ( #1 )
Ok well I recently broke my hand due to punching a car window and was in a cast for 6 weeks, but my problem began before this incedent. My problem is no motivation to go to the gym anymore, im about 5 10, 165lbs and have a pretty good physique. People at school always joke around saying thats the kid thats on roids and I love to hear things like that, but I really feel like im losing what ive gained in the past year and a half of lifting. I think the main reason is due to being tired all the time, having a job, a girlfriend and not really likeing the gym I go to anymore so my conclusion is that I need a new:

Routine

Diet

Gym

Im really looking to bulk up some even more, so if you guys have great routines/diets I would really apprecieate it. If I get a routine soon in the next hour or so I will be going to the gym to see how it makes me feel and it will give me something to look foward too. Today I will start fresh in the gym and tomorrow will the the start of a new diet.

My current stats are :

5' 10"
165lbs
16 yrs old
Jr in HS
Bench 245lbs
Sqaut 315
DL 385

Those are pretty damn good numbers i'd say (: I know your not starting but its good for everyone to do starting strength..Also for diets I think everyone know's what food is generaly healthy so i'd just watch what your eating and eat until your full then eat some more when bulking.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
