What are your goals??  Trying to lose weight, gain muscle,????  Looking at what you  are eating, you aren't eating squat.  Your are eating about 1740 calories a day.

Ads, although some guys here will give you some really good advice, I think you should also look to the fellas around you, an experienced military trainer, for example, who knows exactly what is required of you. You would be better off revising your routine with them.
If you cannot get hold of anyone easily then look on the web for help. I didnt take long to look into it but these might be an example http://www.army.mod.uk/6926.aspx http://www.mfat.co.uk/index.php

And, read-up again what makes a decent diet for your needs http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/For-Gaining-Mass-m111173.aspx

If I did this routine for a week I would be having cold sweats at night, waking up from dreams of gnawing at a cow's rump in a field.

lol, thanks for the comments, i'll take them into consideration. My main goal is just to build up my endurance, I'm not really trying to build muscle so much. I think if anything does let me down, your right its my diet... I do struggle to eat sometimes, a lot of the time really, somedays its normal for me to just have one meal, and somedays i'll forget to even eat, bad i know...

I'm 19, 6"3, and i weigh 13.5 stone. I don't have to much fat but I do have love handles.. (gf finds cute, i find embarassing) That's due to my poor diet again though of beer
