Hey Guys my name is corey jones from kentucky. You probably can tell from my username that my passion is mustang I myself own an 03. Anyways I have been working out at the guy since 2006 but i have ceberal palsy that effects my legs and I wanna build some more muscle.  I just need to kno what supplements you all would suggest and as far as the gym they have a full cybex gym and my routine is 8 reps then i add ten pounds 6 add ten more and then 4 reps and add another ten. I just need some better advice and directions on routine and supplements

hey guys i am thinking about shopping for the supplements i need a have taken whey protein, mega men multivitamin and creatine but i also have problems absorbing calcuim aka brittle bones i have ostopentia( mis) so i have to be careful takin large amounts of whey proteins but i just need you all's help getting some good products
