Enormous traps and shoulders!

Great job man. I would suggest tanning a bit though.

What's your training and diet like?

agree with the above post about maybe tanning a bit, but it's not completely necessary.

Chest looks a little under-developed (could be the pictures). Everything else looks very solid.

i've never taken steroids or any other drug which might have a positive effect on muscle growth, i do use supplements though. i feel like i've reached my maximum level of strenght naturally possible for me so this could be a reason why i might consider roids in the futur, but certainly not for now...

i know i need some tanning but i don't want to go to a tanning salon, so i'll have to wait till next summer ;)

speaking of diet and training, i really don't have a diet plan or anything like that, i eat a lot of meat for protein and carbs such as bread, pasta, rice basically whatever mom or my girlfriend cooks ;) i recon my daily calories intake is a around 3500-4500 cals a day. I use some supplements to support my protein intake but really not a whole lot, like maybe other people do.
I usually work out 4-5 times a week, recently switched from a 3-day split workout to a 2-day cicle. my training consists of mostly basic excercises like push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips, bench press, squats, deadlifts and rowing.

haven't done any competitions yet...  except weightlifting team in high school.  i'm really not interested in doing competitions right now, it takes up way too much preparation time and i just don't have that time.

You have monstrous arms (Like my avatar). I wish to have arms like that when I get older. For my size I have pretty big biceps but small forearms and its starting to hold me back since I lift huge weights but my forearms cant handle it and I keep injuring my wrist, how did u get those forearms?????

Yeah people who are really bulky and have large arms tend to look shorter. Look at someone who is very skinny and they will look taller then they really are.

Lookin pretty jacked. I'd say focus a little more on incline bench, ease up on the direct trap work (if your doing any) and work on abs/obliques. Overall you're packin some serious muscle and look good. Nice work!
Shut up and lift

Wow you're big boned! How big around are your wrists?

Edit: I wanted to add that the chest does look underdeveloped (compared to the rest of you) and looking at your shoulders I can guess why. Chances are good that they're (along with your tris) dominating your bench, pushups and dips. At your size and experience it could do you a lot of good to look into a chest-specific program.
