New goal - Sunday, February 03, 2008 12:52 PM ( #1 )
Hey everyone, I've been bbing since about august, without any real goal I just wanted to bulk and put muscle on but now i have a goal. This goal, my friends... is this

http://hometown.aol.com/freakmebaby209/images/ll%20cool%20j(2).jpg

I think he looks pretty good and he's not really beefy, like... it wouldn't take 20 years for someone to build to this, i think.
And he doesnt seem to reach the big scale that makes me thing 'steroids'

So yea, I'm the dude  in my avatar, i dont know if the picture lets you see pretty much how far i am well enough, i can post another one , or the same but bigger if you want.

I'm 17, 165 lbs and 6ft2-6ft3 last time i measured which is last year.

I'd like to know if this is achievable for me... And if yes helping me design a routine that would get me there.

Diet side I have a really high metabolism and i go to school so i can't really have 6-7 meals a day, i eat everything i can find.. so if you have any tips for this well please shoot em.

Anyways thanks for any inputs, peace

No, My post wasn't meant to discourage you.. from looking at your pic, although it's small, you seem to have some pretty good genetics yourself.. and with a good diet and good training program.. I see no reason why you could not look like that in short period of time..

My comment about LL had to bearing on what you can accomplish.. only that he has some seriously incredible genetics..

doesn't have anything special?  You gotta be kidding..
