New cutting routine,,, critique

New cutting routine,,, critique - Thursday, January 22, 2009 12:17 PM ( #1 )
im just about ready to start my cutting, so i drew this up
any suggestions appreciated. i tried to stick to the basics to maintain my muscle mass while cutting
 
 
Monday
 
Squat
Bench Press
Seated Rows
Military Press
*2 sets of Hyperextentions and 3 sets of situps
 
 
 
Wednesday
 
Leg Press
Incline Bench
Front Press
Calf Raises
*3 Sets of Situps
 
 
Friday
 
Squat
Bench Press
Barbell Row
Military Press or Dumbell Press
*3 sets of tricep extensions and 3 sets of curls
 
1 hour of cardio on all non weight days

Looks good but why the leg press? Just stick to the squats. Also same thing with seated dumbbell rows i'd stick to barbell rows whole time but that's just me.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

sorry i meant to right t-bar rows instead of seated rows
 
and ive had some knee problems in the past so squats 3 days a week doesnt work to well for me, i find the leg press isnt as bad on the knees for me

Any pull ups or cable lat pull downs? I think rowing is important but I think pull ups add a lot of good width to your back. I work out a bit different than some of the guys on here, my workouts i do a lot of crap.
