New Routine.. Again....

I need to change my routine again, because I have my exams coming up and I will be studying a lot, and I didn't really like the push-pull-legs split i had. So, I came up with this 3 day full body routine... Monday: Lunges 3x10 Bench 3x10 Pull-up 3x10 CG-Bench 3x10 Wednesday: Deadlift 4x5 Incline DB Bench 3x10 Chin-up 3x10 BB Curls 3x10 Friday: Squats 3x8 Military Press 3x10 DB Rows 3x10 Calf Raise 3x15 Shrugs 3x10 Basically, I have one compound for leg/chest/back everyday. I also added 1 isolation for tri, bi, calves, and shoulders for specific day. I'll be increasing the weight every week. (if not i'll increase the rep). I'll also do 1 ab exercise per day...
Who needs a 6pack when you can have 1 Pack to rule them all!!
