Well here I am after 4 weeks of cutting... I think I am going to drop about 5 more lbs. Current weight is 193lbs - 194lbs. Shooting for about 187 or so. I will take some double bi and rear double bi pictures also.

looking good, i would say your triceps are your weak point.

Actually my forearms are 13 inches still... The pictures are taken from a far and my arms are narrow if I do a double bi I still look as big as I was. I hardly ever put relaxed poses on here. Anyway I do have a before picture and I wasn't low BF more like 13% or so... I had a gut lol.. I will take some flexing pictures for ya.

This me and my boy, well one of them.. He is 160lbs at 5'11 His illusion makes him look much bigger then me without clothes though. But if you take the measurements I am alot bigger. Anyways yeah i do need to bump up the arms a tad bit. 17's would look much better at this weight but they are only 16 now. But I have always had 16's anyways. Waist needs to drop to 30inches it's at 31 right now. I think another 5 lbs should do it then I will try to clean bulk it up to 195 then I am done. No need to really get bigger.

Here ya go I am flexing here.. I honestly think it comes out way better flexing. I like doing the over head lighting also makes more definition show. Also looks like I am actually infront of you.

what numbers? Oh... Well I do pulls ups weight a 45 plate strapped on. I can bench up to 295 but I usually just train light with 225 for 10 reps. I never lock out and start from my chest. I shoulder press 80lb dumbells for reps. I incline with 205 for reps. Leg press 10 reps and I keep adding weight.. I usually end with 9 plates and 2 reps. so like 800 + lbs but not 900. Dumbell lung with 60's. Curl 50's Skull crush 120 I just work out 8 - 12 reps on everything but do alot of ciruit training. So as far as my maxs go I have no clue.

Honestly bro my body fat not that low yet. It's like 8 - 9 percent probably pushing more like 9. My boy is at 5% and looks insane in his poses. His lat spand looks insane and you see every little hint of definition on his body. He might even be at 4%. I am more like in the inbetween ripped type look. 5 - 6 more lbs should do it with me though with my training. I took those pictures at a dehydrated 190 - 193lbs. cause I was sick. The last double bicep pictures I just took at 197lbs with my water back. So I would really like to be 190 solid I am very close but still not there. I just wanted to show you guys how ripped I got thus far.

Thanks man i appreciate that. Yeah I am not going to drop much more. There are some new training techniques I am starting. I also just started doing alot more weight belt work out. alot of pull up work, just hang a 45 from my body and hit a few sets on the pull ups in different possitions. I hold alot of fat on my back to which sucks ! Cause I can't get that shredded look like my boy has. LoL it's funny I out weight him by 30lbs and he is not much shorter but this kid makes me look like crap without my shirt lol.

I've found through personal experience that the leaner, smaller physical appareance and being is farrrr better than the bigger and more "footballish" looking type. My personal opinion. You may not get the "holy crap" factor, but you will get the "healthy, fit, agile, mobile, hostile!" look that most people look for.(Remember the Titans reference)

Which looks more Whoa to ya... The little guy at 5'11 165lbs? Or the Big guy at 6'4 260lbs. LoL sorry to pick on my big homie he just bulked to this after he cuts to 220 or 215 he should looks dope. He is usually the biggest guy that everyone stops and says whoa about in public.

he looks hella big from the front... bigger then me lol.. but he isn't not at all.. He actually looked like you before he cut. His lat spread is freaking nuts if he does a lat spread. Well twisted yeah they all taken in the same room. I actually started a business see that little guy is a dancer the bigger guy is security he wanted to see what his back looked like. Got the lighting right to show all the definition. Unless I go outside that shows good definition also.
