awww yeah. my weight just went back up over 200 on a fairly clean bulk. I still have all my abs. Only now I am way way way stronger.. I can bench 295lbs again which isn't so good but my flat has never been that great. I can rep out the 80's fairly easy on the shoulder press.. I can rep out 225 on the incline. My squats are up 245 for reps I imagine I could do 315 for reps but I am taking my time with it going slow, don't want to hurt my self again. My deadlifts are up to 365 for 5 I just did weighted pull ups with 100lbs strapped to my body.. so umm... I would say this could be the strongest I have ever been. I have been looking through a new body building book at the book store I think I am just going to buy it cause it seems to work.. I don't really work out all that much I spend the time that I would normally be in the gym cooking food.. I am also sticking to all pushing motions one day all pulling the next all compound movements for the core after that.. So I only working 3x a week. It's all compound lifts no isolated lifts for 6 weeks, I will throw back in isolated lifts for 4 weeks but then go 6 again on compounds. I will mix up the compounds with the isolated when I throw back in the isolated.. when I take them out then add them again I will put the isolated lifts inbetween days for an all isolated lift day between the compound day. The working out I have noticed just needs to be constantly changed up like I said before.. But also I think it's very easy to over train and under eat. So I just am kicking up the shakes carbs fats lowering the protein. But cooking cooking cooking. LoL screw weight training I just going to eat lmao
