I was barely even vascular in that first picture. My waist was like 33 1/2 or so.. Now it's like barely 31.. Man it's freaking hard to get those inches off the waist seriously! I am so glad I did not have to cut that much. Imagine someone with a 35 - 37 inch waist! :| OMG! Anyway I kept track of what my waist was doing the whole time compared to my arms and chest. I told you I could have a pretty good illusion around the 190 - 200 range Yet. Just got to get that waist smaller. Imagine when I bulk back to 205 or 210 and stay lean. Then cut down to 193 with a 28 inch waist!! OMG!!! Beast!!

IBendBarbells I told you I could have a pretty good illusion around the 190 - 200 range Yet. Just got to get that waist smaller. Imagine when I bulk back to 205 or 210 and stay lean. Then cut down to 193 with a 28 inch waist!! OMG!!! Beast!! Yeh man that'll be tits. I'm a little surprised you're having trouble getting your waist down. I don't really have any trouble with that at all. Personally, I don't like the way I look with my waist under 31". My legs are too big to have my waist any lower, I just look odd.

Dude when your waist goes down everything looks so much bigger and you get way more ripped up. Your never going to see a guy 200lbs with a 28 inch waist who doesn't look like a beast.

hard to see a minimal gain in a measurement. Needs to be full inch or just over that to see a much more noticable difference so let me put up one next week I should have another 1/2 by then or by the weekend. Then more more after that to 3/4 that will make all the difference.

You need to work on your lats man. Maybe an inch or two more on your lats and you'll have a serious illusion going for you.

When the waist drops it should be all good. I hit my lats hard they just don't grow as fast but there alot of fat on my back. Ill get them going :)

Right now I would just like to be a ripped 200 after I do a clean bulk and a cut. I can get to 215 easily again I just got to watch what I eat this time. I just want to be as big as twistedlink.

I donno I tell ya. Wasn't skinny before though am now lol looks better to me. I took off the first pics they were not too good. Shouldn't take pics all dehydrated and sick come out bad.

i MEAN SERIOUSLY! look at this kid. Look at the definition and those arms! they were like 16 1/2 and that was cold! They make mine look tiny even though mine are the same size! 200lbs 8% BF and I think he said he is like 5 '11 - 6 foot. I want to look like that!

How do you PM on this forum these days? IBBB can you like summarise what you have done to cut up? Like cardio, diet (macro nutrients etc) I over ate on my bulk and just want to strip it down so I'm comfortable with myself again. Advice please. So far I've upped my protein and fats and dropped my carbs down at just above maintenence cals. Going Ok just thinking maybe there's ways I can tweak it. Are you above/below maintenence? Cardio..Is it essential. If you could help me out that would be killer.

I just do the stair master seriously... I worked my way into 20min and kept increasing the level until i got to level 14.. it's fast man.. I walk side ways up it and foward and sideways and foward etc.

Have you ever tried Anabolic Extreme's superdrol ng? Read some very negative reviews on it so bought some stronger UK brand of it.

superdrol NG fake.. Not even a methylated pro hormone. You want to get M-drol. Took the M-drol while cutting to keep most my size as I cut down. I have kept a very considerable amount of it. Good Stuff.. Epistane is also good. Want to bulk run M-drol with Pplex.

Well my strength was good.. But as soon as I went below 195lbs I started to lose it.. I mean my bench is still almost the same.. only 1 rep off my shoulder press went down though!! I can barely get 80's 4 times now and I could do them 8 times :\ My deadlifts are good just started them again rep out 275 for 10. Umm.. Squats not so good but I am working on them. I do alot of lunges still.. I guess I did not lose too to much strength. But I have noticed it go down just a tad. I am actually starting to bulk again next week. so I am dropping my protein increasing my carbs but I may keep in some cardio. I will eat clean and bulk this time, no junk food like last time. So 210 At 10% bf would be cool. some amount of visible abs I am thinking.. Then cut to like 200 and be at 8%? or cut all the way down to 193 or so and look insane at 6%

Sounds good. Metabolism is probably quite a bit higher, so that may make a clean bulk even easier in addition to eating clean. Looking good though. And whoa! Your deadlifts have increased several times over since I was a frequent forum visitor. I think you had just started incorporating them and were dealing with a lot less weight than that. Impressive
