To answer your question, I just kick up my protein intake and throw in a hell of alot of cardio, Now polymetrics if that's what you call it and circuit training.  Burn alot of calories and also burn calories with the intake of more protein.  Anyways just my theory.

That took me 5 weeks to cut 20lbs.

when I ment bigger then me from the front I didn't actually mean I look big lol.. I just mean he looks alot bigger then me but he is actually smaller.

is that the same as cross-fit training? after i put on like 20 more pounds, haha actually like 10-15, i'm thinking of doing cross-fit training......uuhhhgg im dreading it already.

NJMuscle used to use Preparation H on his lower back before competitions to tighten up the skin.  He said you had to be pretty lean to do it though.  Give it a shot, might give your back a tighter look.

I been doing alot of work with weight belts now.. Pull ups with 45's attached to my body.  My weight actually shot back up to 200lbs now :( But I still have abs!! so I am not tripping. 

I am actually going to be doing something making improvements on the body.  Your going to see a massive change in some body parts and shape.   I will tell you what I did later but I got someone running me through it.  

Wait about 3 - 4 more weeks then I will have pictures, I am clean bulking it back up to 215.  Seems as though once you have been there it's not to hard to get back.  I will not lose my abs though, but I do not want to cut to 185lbs.  I would like to be a much leaner 190 so I got to bulk then cut again.  It won't take me long as all.

The fact that it was so easy for you to cut is because you have built up a good strength and size base for the past few years.  That's the hard, slow, and tedious part.  Once you have built the foundation, just simply strip the fat off to reveal the muscle. 

At least that's how I see this whole bodybuilding thing to be.

Yeah I am going to agree with you on that..  Cause man it's been a long freaking process to add enough muscle on for a cut.   I still want like 10lbs of muscle.. That going to take maybe another year.  I can kind of tweak out what I have right now though.  There are some sciences and theorys behind something I am trying right now. 

Just give me 2 weeks and your going to be like Damn man! I jealous! LoL kidding.  But for real though it's going to look 2x better

Great work man! Makes me excited about cutting again this spring. But for now sticking with the bulk. Hope I have half the success with my cut that you have.

Wow,  big change, huge change. monstrous change.. has been a while since I've been on, and just remember the thick IBB.. This is quite a change.. cut must be goin great, but compared to where you were a year ago, your muscle, not just bf, has shrunk considerably..

Yeah I had actually taken the first set of pictures Dry.   

I actually put on more size now and I am still lean I got some more pictures :)  Had to work on some of the measurements.  Like I said ya caught me just starting to cut heheheh.   Ill work on it :)  Clean bulking pretty soon and seeing if I can keep the BF% Below 10% on a keto diet.

hehehe before you continue with the big muscle loss statement.. Umm let me show you where I have currently made it to compared to my heaviest okay? 
 
Here is the before and after picture.  I think it's dope my body looks totally different lol sooo much better now.  I still have some touch ups to do areas to improve and I am clean bulking.  Hard to explain really but I am doing my damn thing :)

I don't think you're 15% in the first pic.  I would say more around 12.
