New Photos.. Effective Bulk??

New Photos From October --> February and from May --> February I've been Bulking since October and put on solid 10 pounds, clean bulk.. how does the comparision look? effective? what looks best? Back - October -> February Front october-> february Back.. February 08 untill February 09. One Full Year..

Your on the right path. You have a strong base to build off. weak points-lower back, and waist. Keep up the good work, whats your diet like?

yeah your coming along... The comparison is difficult, you need to be a little more consistent in the way you pose....good progress for a year. Glad to see your still at it.

It seems everyone is being nice. For a year I would say you are definitely doing something wrong. That is not what I would consider good work for a year, maybe a couple months, no offense. I would assume your diet is the main problem here, you probably are not eating near enough to be gaining significant muscle mass. Honestly I really don't see much difference at all.

not the top two I don't know how any one can see 10 lb change in a picture anyway...really. The bottom pic's show the year... His flexing sucks... you can barely compare, properly.. It is not brilliant progress but ok.

I wasn't trying to be mean in that post, but I am going to tell it like it is. There is no point in giving you a dishonest answer that is only going to encourage you to keep doing what you are doing. If you got your diet together I'm sure you could make great progress, even better than what you have already done in probably 2-3 months. Stuff doesn't magically happen. If you don't eat right you are gonna be like a car stuck in mud, sure your wheels might be spinning but at the end of the day you are gonna look the same as the car that just sat there.

Dude you need to remove the top photos, just show the 1st feb 08-8th feb 09... You've put 25lbs of mass that's good for a year..It's hard to see though as your photos aren't consistent you need same angle, same poses and same lighting. Just keep going I think you look good you'd look even better cut up a little more.

Now that I read the pictures I see that you updated them as you went. When I look at the 180 pic compared to the 205 I CAN see a difference, it isn't remarkable but I can see that you added some mass. I agree with motouk the way you arranged those pictures can make it confusing.

yeah, my diet isnt perfect but its defiantly better then 60% of the rest of the 17 year olds in the world.. Sorry my posing sucks.. this weekend i am going to take a few hours on how to pose and try and take some better pictures.. i didnt really know there was an "art" to posing.. but thanks. Yeah it was discouraging chalky palms but i understand what you meant to do.. And im going to get my nutrition back in check like it was this summer for 2 months. i understand its ahuge commitment for nutrition but i will be back in a few months looking better then before, better nutrition, better poses,

Maybe not so much the posing is the problem but the camera position and lighting. Put your camera on a table or something, set it to timer and assume the position. You'll prob have to work with your positioning to get it spot on..Once you do it, stick to that location... That make sense?

I notice the biggest difference in his shoulder mass. Definately can say good improvements there. Diet is a pain in the butt but can be your biggest asset to build muscle or to lose fat.

Considering what Im guessing to be 95% of 17 yeard olds in the world dont care about there diet, and that youre trying to bodybuild, your diet should be alot better than 60% of 17 year olds. Good nutrition is not a huge commitment, especially when you realize how rewarding it is physically and mentally. edit: your name screws everything up when I try to quote you.

i used 2 be liek that when i started.. my meals are usualyl evenly portioned, about 5 a day plus a snack escept breakfest is usally a bit larger..
