Hey everyone, First off, I am new to this forum as of today. A Little about me; I am in IRAQ with the ARMY. Ive been here for about 3 months. Ive been working out faithfully since I got here. I am 21 years old, I wiegh 176 pounds. I am 5' 11". Currently I am maxing my bench at 285lbs. I am trying to build my upperbody while im here. Ive gained 18 pounds of muscle..... Ive had an obvious amount of muscle growth. But ive seemed to have reached a peek. Im trying hard to get to 315 on bench..... but cant seem to get over 285 right now. I took GAKIC a few times, but otherwise I havent taken any other supplements. I just went and bought a bottle of MuscleTech naNOx9. Can anyone throw me some input on that or what might be better. Please only reply on experience, not what the reviews say or the top selling product. LOL Heres my workout in a nutshell Sunday-Chest Monday-Back Tuesday-Legs Wednesday-Chest Thursday-Shoulders Friday-Tris and Bis and forearms Saturday-off everyday I do 70 diamond push-ups and an Ab workout. Please feel free to ask questions, and critique away! Thanks guys!

hammer your chest, work it often and hard but never back to back days. also switch between high reps and low reps. high reps one bench day, low reps the other day...one thing that helped me finally get past 200 lbs on bench press was pushups...but you already seem to do alot of those, so kick it up buddy!!! lol
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

sounds like you want to train for strength. 3 sets of 6 reps with heavy weight on benchpress. once you start hitting 8 reps.. add more weight so you're doing 6. do that pattern, and you'll slowly climb. 315 is gonna be hard, but you can do it if you train for it and work hard. muscletech NANO is a good product IMO.. i've taken it. really liked it. no-explode gives you a better "pump".. but it really doesn't hype me up as much. never taken gakic. heard it was a waste of time/money --J
