Hi all

Just wanted to introduce myself as there is some great info on here (alot for me to learn).

I am 6'3 and weight about 200lbs i think, dont know BF. I did the body for life in 2000 and that got me hooked on weight training. My goal is to get to 220lbs and put on some good muscle mass.

I am currently benching about 225LBS Bench and Squating about 260LBS but want increase that weight. i am having trouble, any ideas????

I think you'll need to post your current workout routines and nutritional practices to get specific advice. The general advice would be to lift heavy and eat more.

Yep- Post about your routine in the critique my routine forum, and about your diet in the nutrition forum for better responses- It's much easier for us to keep all the info in the same place that way. Welcome to DB!
