Hi there guys. This is my first ever post here so be gentle. Currently I am 15 years old and I am just under 5'8, I weigh around 8 stone. I have never really "worked out" before and require a schedule or training regime. I am quite skinny and weak compared to other boys so I tend to get pushed around a lot, I need to get bigger and stronger. Yesterday I decided on buying some dumbells, I bought 6 of 3 different sizes, they were 1.1kg, 2.3kg and 4.5kg. Also I plan to do situps/pushups etc. I have no idea what to do in order to improve and get bigger biceps etc. I can't afford to go to the gym either so I am stuck with what I have. Can someone make me a recommended timetable? Do you recommend protein milkshakes? Thanks.

Welcome! In my opinion, pushups and situps are a great way to get started, and you could do so by doing each of them 2-3 times a week, trying to go up by 2-3 pushups and situps each time for example, so by several weeks, you are already doing significantly more than you were before. As far as actual weightlifting, there are different lifts and techniques you can look into, and if I were you I would look into full body routines rather than just biceps. Good luck, and i will get back to you more soon!
