New Lifter, what to take? please help

Hey, I've been lifting for a few months now, am a relatively small guy and looking to add muscle mass or as I hear "get big" rather than cut, for now at least. I know next to nothing about supplements, my friends told me to get Syntha 6, which I did and have been taking one scoop twice a day along with a high protein diet. Is this a good supplement for me? should I take it at a different rate, should I couple it with something else, should I switch to something else entirely? Thanks a lot and any help would be great.

And by the way, by saying "get big" I mean just muscle, not so much just gaining weight in general.

New lifters tend to need less suplementation than those who have been training for awhile. Diet needs to be in check before the supps will work for you. A good multi (natural), anti oxidants, and some EFA'a should come first, then a whey protein supplement for post workout. After a few more months of training you could delve into the creatine world if you still wanted to improve your physique at that point. Just remember you can never train your way past a bad diet.

This will probably come up again but, you have to eat big to be big. Whey protein is your friend however.
BULKING LIKE A BEAST! AND IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOD! Supps: 100% Whey protein, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Fish Oil, Jack3d

I would suggest saving your money until you become intermediate and for now, eat a lot of food.

Learn as much about proper nutrition as you learn about how to train. Train right and eat right and the results will come. Im doing just that and am seeing results that I never thought Id see.

If you really want to supplement, take a lot of fish oil. But always remember: whole milk is your best friend.

I am one of those guys who has a real hard time putting weight, I bought Syntha-6, cellmass, nitrix N.O explode, as well as other vitamins DPA, Omega 3, fish oil etc and i just finished week 5 and I have gone from 154 lbs to 169 lbs. Now i didnt take this lightlly I changed my entire diet increased my calories and protein intake as well as push myself very hard in the gym. The results are there 15 lbs. in a little over a month that is almost unhealthy so the stacking these are just fine the one thing I would suggest doing is watch the amount of N.O explode you take prior to working out too much as in anything over 2 scoops will give you the shakes extremly bad and feel as if you are going to pass out. I once took 2 1/2 scoops looking for that extra pump and I swear to you I felt like a vein blew out in my neck crazy!!!! this stack works great though the strength, pumps number of reps insane, I believe the N.O explde is the best of it all you can feel it just 20 - 30 min and it is instant strength which leads to motivation and pushing yourself harder. GREAT PRODUCT ALL THE WAY AROUND
