I just wanted to share this routine that I've been doing last 2 weeks. I think this is one of my favorites for sure and I think it covers all the basic lifts, but just to be sure, here it is: I keep the weight same for each exercise and increase it every week. Monday: Squat - 2x15 BB Flat Bench - 3x10 Hanging Rows - 3x10 - My new favorite exercise for now DB flies 3x10 1 isolation exercise if I feel like it 3x10 Wednesday: Deadlift - 3x5 ramping up the weight each set. Wide Grip Pull Up - 3x5 Military Press - 3x10 Pull-up - 3x10 Push-ups - 3x15 Leg Raises - 3x15 Crunches - 3x15 Friday: Squats - 3x8 Incline DB Bench - 4X10 Chin ups - 3x10 Lunges - 3x10 Side Raises/DB Press - 3x10 1 Isolation if I feel like it - 3x10 This is the first time I have squats twice a week... and I like it.. especially 2x15 ones.. So painful yet feel so good afterwards.. so what do you think?
Who needs a 6pack when you can have 1 Pack to rule them all!!
