Hi,
Marc has introduced a new Forum in the Ask the Experts section on the Board. He asked me to answer questions and lead discussions on the subject of bodybuilding. I am pleased to join Dan as a resident expert. Although I’m nowhere near the expert that Dan is, nevertheless, I will do my best to answer your questions on contest prep, diets, training plans, supplements, grooming, contest supplies, tanning and clothing. If I don’t know the answer to your question, I’ll find it and post it as soon as I so. So, ask away.
