Hi,
I just started taking a multivitamin, and i heard it makes your piss more yellow looking, but mines like Neon yellow.. its weird...is this alright?? and also, question, why does it turn your pissmore yellow looking?

Your body will use only so many vitamins and supplements. The unused portions are "processed." Make sure you are drinking at least eight glasses of water per day. That will aid in giving you a clearer stream.

haha yeah i will have fun this winter veggeep..lol

OldNavy, or anyone else, so if i dont drink 8 glasses of water a day (Which I do) would my vitamins im getting through the multi-vitamin, just go through my piss? prob a stupid question, but hey, im wondering. haha

whether you drink a ot of water or not, some nutrients are still gonna go to waste, but drinking water will keep your stream flowing clear instead of neon yellow

Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamine). Your urine will have the color of these vitamins which remained unabsorbed in your body.
