Needing Help Getting Started

Hey everybody, I recently googled "get the body you want" and soon this site came up, I just joined and am looking for a tried and true diet/nutrition plan that I could start today. Here's a bit about me: I'm 15 years old, around 165 lbs with ~16% bodyfat. But here's the thing I want to be thinner so my muscle shows, but this is just a primary objective I am then hoping to build, build and build. I'm thinking about uploading some pics so everyone can see what "condition" my body is in so they can properly tell me what to do. And if possible use a diet that has food/meals/recipes planned, structure seems critical to me for continuation in these types of things. Thank you for your help.
