Need workout.

I am looking for a workout routine. I have a weight bench, squat rack, and leg curl/extension add on. I also have some other free weights like a curl bar, a few add on dumbbells and so on. I am looking for a workout that will get me in shape, tone muscle, and add a noticable ammount of strength and mass. Im not looking to get huge! or body build at this point. Tell me what you all think of this. Mon, Wed, Fri- 3 sets of 12,10,8 bench 3 sets of 12,10,8 curls 3 sets of 12,10,8 leg curls 3 sets of 12,10,8 leg extensions 2 sets of 75-100 situps

I have a problem with this program why aren't you training your back. You won't gain crap from that routine. If you want a program that really works try this I used and Increased my bench from 135 pounds to 295 pounds in just a few months (about 4 months) and I am 15. check out the review at www.onlinemusclereview.com/bentlydogg

Not looking to power lift or Major body build for that matter. I want a fitness, conditioning, cutting, small gains workout.
