Well I think you should incorporate more rest/cardiac days into your schedule.. instead of lifting maybe run. Your muscles need rest to fully heal, that's mainly in the night but if you're tearing them down every day, they'll never have a chance to improve, well improvement will be a lot slower than otherwise. So I say take it easy a few days a week (3-4) and on those days bike, or run, or just hang out. Your obliques could use a lil work too (not that my abs are as good as yours lol, started not long ago and lost around 40 pounds of fat, i used to be fat now im skinny, and now i'm trying to put on muscle... I guess i seem to gain muscle/lose fat/ and viceversa easily) keep up the good work!
