Hello I'm looking for a new diet that is spread over 5 days and that works the whole body twice, any help please? My goal is to gain muscle and lose fat, primarily lose fat.

You need to include your caloric intake required to maintain weight, and your current stats before anyone can give you a recommended diet.

I believe you meant a routine and not a diet. If you are a beginner I wold suggest 3 days a week, a whole body routine. My favorite is Rippetoe's Starting Strength.
