CEE has been proven to be a waste, as it much be converted by your body to mono to be of any use, and more than half is lost in the conversion.

PROVEN to be a waste... in theory, the way it is supposed to work is supposed to work better than mono. They are not sure of this but it was Built on a theory that should work.
I however do agree with the NO Limits.. I heard that stacked with Xceed is a killer preworkout stack. and the Xceed is taken pre and post workout for a sufficient amount of creatine entering your body. the NO-Xplode and Cellmass was okay, but the NO-Xplode wore off after a week and in two scoops is alread your max reccomended amount of caffeine in a day. I would suggest the Xceed/NO Limits stack... havent personally tried it but i hear nothing but good things about it
