So I need help with a few things to get me back on track, these are: - My Diet + My Supplementation - My Routine [ABOUT ME] Stats: Age - 16, Height - 6"0', Weight - 170lbs My GOAL: Building Muscle / Lose Fat [DIET] - Now where do I start with dieting to achieve my goal? - What foods do I eat to achieve my goal? - How much protein, carbs, fat do I need a day? - How many calories do I need a day? Notes on Diet: - I am really confused on dieting and need some guidance towards this please [ROUTINE] - I need a good 6 day a week split-body routine, what are good ones to achieve maximum muscle building and fat loss? - What exercises should I focus on to achieve my goal? [EXTRA TIPS?] - So you see my goal and I was wondering what other tips you guys have to see the best results? like how much rest to get a night, etc... what other supps to take?, etc... are supersets good to do, etc... what exercises are the best for me to achieve my goal, etc... I TRULY APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL HELP

if you can go to the gym every day for an enitre month; then you will be solidly into your routine; "addicted" so to speak. Just persevere
