So I need help with a few things to get me back on track, these are:

- My Diet + My Supplementation
- My Routine

[ABOUT ME]
Stats: Age - 16, Height - 6"0', Weight - 170lbs
My GOAL: Building Muscle / Lose Fat


[DIET]
- Now where do I start with dieting to achieve my goal?
- What foods do I eat to achieve my goal?
- How much protein, carbs, fat do I need a day?
- How many calories do I need a day?

Notes on Diet:
- I am really confused on dieting and need some guidance towards this please

[ROUTINE]
- I need a good 6 day a week split-body routine, what are good ones to achieve maximum muscle building and fat loss?
- What exercises should I focus on to achieve my goal?



[EXTRA TIPS?]
- So you see my goal and I was wondering what other tips you guys have to see the best results? like how much rest to get a night, etc... what other supps to take?, etc... are supersets good to do, etc... what exercises are the best for me to achieve my goal, etc...

if you can go to the gym every day for an enitre month; then you will be solidly into your routine; "addicted" so to speak. Just persevere
