Well over the last few months i sort of lost time for working out with a large school and sporting schedule along with working of an evening, and now im trying to find the motivation to get back into it, I havent ever really had a set work out and stuck to it, although ive set up many for myself, I really need advice on how to get things going.

A bit of info on me, Im a 17 year old Australian that loves his sport, I play australian rules, my position being in the midfield so i need agility stamina and alot of pace over short distances and also the ability to break through tackles of which i am capable of already, i really want as much edge over my oponents as i can possibly get. I had depression late last year and am still finding things tough.

Currently I am about 190 CM and 65 KG so there is not alot of me.

I lack in motivation.

My diet is pretty healthy as my mother is very health conscious, and i only eat three meals a day.

As far as workout equipment goes, I have a basic bench, barbells and dumbells and thats it.

I have school during the day, football training 2 nights a week, work 2 nights a week, football match of a saturday morning

I really need help.

any advice on structuring
my meals and what to eat and drink
my workout
what supplements to use

it would be much appreciated

Justin
