Ok first we need to a little about u to help
weight ?
Body Fat?

Around how many calories u take in a day?
 
Ok just some tips to help to lose fat a giant part is diet some say 80% of it is diet i think that is close
 
-eat 5- 6 meals a day
-have 2-3 hours between them
(this keeps ur metabolism elevated)
-8+ cups of water-again helps elevate metabolism-and its good for u
-8 hours sleep
-cardio 3x a week
-weight training every 2-3 days
-balanced diet-post on the nutrition forum we have to get more help on that
 
Tips for what not to do...
-drink soda
-have a high amount of sugar -makes fat loss tougher-don't forget sauces!
-over train -dont train evry day u will burn out- a good full body wkout evry 2-3 days is best 
-resort to fad diets- alot of the time they make u starve-instead eat healthy and balanced
-dont go low carb on us - u will barely have energy if u do that-balance is key
-when u do figure out a training schedule don't do the same thing week after week-always change it up meaning instead of running for cardio use a bike-instead of high weight low reps do low weight high reps
(reason for this is ur body will adapt and get used to it during fat loss always keep ur body in a sense shocked- that doesn't mean after a few weeks of different cardio u cant come back to the same type of cardio u did 2 weeks ago)

Well if your not too obese you can walk jog or run.  If your too obese you can always swim.  swimming is perfect ofr obese people because its not as much pressure on your joints.  You can also get a little trampilene or do some danceing.  I don't know those are jsut a few examples.  Tell me what youve been doing, how much you weigh, like Rza said.

Supplements are a must, but if you insist on staying off its gonna be harder. I run six days a week now ive lost ten pounds in the last two weeks eating exactly the same thing. Cardio is the only thing that matters, you should still lift weights but you should approach cardio like everyone else approaches chest and biceps

    Fat burners?  Some one said on here that grape fruit burns your fat.  I don't need to burn much fat hehe but i love grape fruit so 2 days ago i made me a grapefruit banana smoothie.  I used 1 large grapefruit 1 large banana orange juice and ice,  It was delicious, and i loved the pulp.

    So how is your weight loseing comeing along?

I dont know about the grapefruit. I dont use a fat burner im talkin about no2 and ce2 or gakic and leukic with cardio. supplements to give the energy to do the cardio you need to do the next day and still do your strength training

I think within the first month to 2 months i dont think any added supplements are needed other than the basics protein, vitamins and so on.

This is not correct!
 
The fastest and most effective weight loss is either through muscle gain or a combination of muscle gain together with moderate cardio!
 
That means resistance training is an essential part of your fat loss program. 
Start easy!!!!
 
With the right diet and training you could start dropping up to 2 pounds a week adn it could be more if you need it to be!
 
It is no problem once you know what you are doing...the confusion is just that all the info we tend to hear is backwards!!!

I have lost 5 pounds(couldve been more i didnt really change my diet) in the last week and stayed at the same strength by focusing a little more on my cardio and a little less on my strength training. But youre probably right

Are you monitoring your body composition?  Otherwise you just don't know what you lost..was if fat, water, muscle??  Hmmm

Thats a good one, I know I look alot better. The only thing I use is this thing they have at the gym to figure out my body composition, I dont think it works that well.
Whats the best type of full body split

One that allows you to train the whole body with sessions that are under an hour, preferably 40 minutes of lifting.
 
There is no best however...they are all as effective!
 
There are one day, two day, 3-day, 4-day, 5-day splits depending on your goals and how you do your training.
 
What are you doing now...maybe we can recommend a good variation for you based on tweaking where you are now.

i just switched to a two day split from doing push pull 3 day

That sounds good as long as the workout are not too long and you have enough recovery days!
