Ok just some tips to help to lose fat a giant part is diet some say 80% of it is diet i think that is close
-eat 5- 6 meals a day
-have 2-3 hours between them
(this keeps ur metabolism elevated)
-8+ cups of water-again helps elevate metabolism-and its good for u
-8 hours sleep
-cardio 3x a week
-weight training every 2-3 days
-balanced diet-post on the nutrition forum we have to get more help on that
Tips for what not to do...
-drink soda
-have a high amount of sugar -makes fat loss tougher-don't forget sauces!
-over train -dont train evry day u will burn out- a good full body wkout evry 2-3 days is best
-resort to fad diets- alot of the time they make u starve-instead eat healthy and balanced
-dont go low carb on us - u will barely have energy if u do that-balance is key
-when u do figure out a training schedule don't do the same thing week after week-always change it up meaning instead of running for cardio use a bike-instead of high weight low reps do low weight high reps
(reason for this is ur body will adapt and get used to it during fat loss always keep ur body in a sense shocked- that doesn't mean after a few weeks of different cardio u cant come back to the same type of cardio u did 2 weeks ago)
