Hello I'm home for most of the summer and am looking for a new routine, diet, supplements, etc... to get me to lose fat and gain muscle.

Now my stats are: Age: 16 Weight: 195 Height: 6'1" BF%: Around 20-25%

I can workout any amount of days and can do almost every exercise, so now I need a routine, diet and what supplements to take.

I am currently taking Whey Protein in the morning and post-workout, what else can I take that will help me build muscle faster?

I'm looking to join the football team this year so I have around 2 months to get my cardiovascular system up and gain muscle/lose fat. Remember I need to incorporate alot of cardio because I need to be able to run and not get tired for at least 2 hours a day. Maybe some HIIT would help? Guerilla Cardio?

So all in all I need:

1. A new routine to help me get better cardio, more muscle, less fat

2. A diet with 5-6 small meals a day with foods that will help me meet what I'm trying to achieve

3. What other supplements besides Whey Protein can I take?

Have you set you self some goal? Idea BF%, it is hard to bulk and cut at the same time. Normally on the off session you would try to bulk and then cut during the session.

Are you more concerned with your body size or your fitness at the moment?

If I was you I would concentrate on your fitness
