Hello I'm home for most of the summer and am looking for a new routine, diet, supplements, etc... to get me to lose fat and gain muscle. Now my stats are: Age: 16 Weight: 195 Height: 6'1" BF%: Around 20-25% I can workout any amount of days and can do almost every exercise, so now I need a routine, diet and what supplements to take. I am currently taking Whey Protein in the morning and post-workout, what else can I take that will help me build muscle faster? I'm looking to join the football team this year so I have around 2 months to get my cardiovascular system up and gain muscle/lose fat. Remember I need to incorporate alot of cardio because I need to be able to run and not get tired for at least 2 hours a day. Maybe some HIIT would help? Guerilla Cardio? So all in all I need: 1. A new routine to help me get better cardio, more muscle, less fat 2. A diet with 5-6 small meals a day with foods that will help me meet what I'm trying to achieve 3. What other supplements besides Whey Protein can I take? THANKS ALOT IN ADVANCE TO ANY HELP
