Hey I am 16 years old and about 135-140 pounds and average height. I've been going to the gym for a while, but while I'm there I really don't take advantage of it. IP just do curls, abs, triceps, and maybe bench. The reason why I haven't gotten serious is because I don't know where to start. I don't know what routine to do. I've seen about 20 on this site already but I don't know how to do half the exercises and which would benefit me the most. I would really appreicate it if someone could type or send me a link to a workout plan/routine which would work out my whole body and maximize me using the gym. My main concern is gaining weight, well more so muscle. I have supplements and will eat a lot but I need a good routine. Also maybe to help pick the routine I would like to focus on my chest and arms the most, but stil lwork everything else out. Thanks so much.
