Hey guys. my name is Jon and I have been in and out of the gym for the last 2 years. With me just getting off lacrosse I have lost 10 pounds but was only able to hit the gym twice a week with my time fully devoted to working out now I want to know if I should:
A) get protein
B)Creatine? will it increase my weight?

I dont want to gain muscle/weight to where I am big with muscle but still have fat. If I used creatine would it help me as far as getting cut/bigger but not gaining fat?

I am about 5'9 and weigh in at 175. I am 17 years old. Before lacrosse season I could barely run 9 minutes on the treadmill I now just yesterday ran for 17 minutes at about 1.75 miles.

just get protein its enough. getting creatine is your choice, a body made of supplements depend on supplements.

Ok So If I use protein I will get muscle too. Because I dont want to put fat on? Kinda understand what im saying? Any protein you can recomend? I know there is a ton and last time i went to maxmuscle the guy just kept directing me into whats cheapest.

All creatine does is makes ur muscle keep more water in them, so YES u will weight more, and look bigger, and ur muscle will not be rock hard becouse of water.

Just different proteins by different companies.  Both marketing to the same segment though.

Ingredients are not the same between the two.
