I'm a 43 yr old woman and I would like to be in the best shape of my life.  Currently, I'm on Isopure, however, I would like to add a fat burner.  What would you recommend?

I'm not overweight.  I really would like to lose 10lbs and at the same time gain some muslces in my arms.  My arms are not flabby, but not much muscle either.  I would like to bulk up a little.  I'm a golf-a-holic and like to wear sleeveless shirts when golfing and it would be nice to show off my arms.

I go to the gym 3 times a week, however, I want to get motivated.  I really don't have any energy, therefore, I need an energy booster to help me during workouts.  Any recommendations.

Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

any fat burner would be an energy booster as well as caffeine is the main ingredient in most burners.  Products such as these should help you out when going the supplement route.

Finally...a safe, fat-burning formula.
Contains NO ephedra, promotes weight loss, and boosts energy!

Thank You.  I have never heard of this, however, I'm sure there are many different fat burners.

I will go ahead and order these.  Now another question.  I really don't have a very good diet to follow.  Is there a recommendation?  I know you should eat 5 small meals a day.

So far I have Isopure and Veriuni Thermo (still pending).  Is there any other supplements I should get?

A balanced diet will go further than supplementation.  The 5 meals is a great start, but you want those meals to be balanced, meaning complex carbs with lean protein and good fats.  The ratio will depend on what works for you, a 50/30/20 works well for most wanting to lose weight, while a 60/40/20 may work better for somebody who wants to bulk up.  An important thing to remember is that the body will not release fat unless it is getting fat from the diet, and the body will adjust it's metabolic rate to match your caloric intake after 3 days, but the body does not know how many calories you are burning off due to activity.  So ramp up the exercise to keep your metabolism high, and eat your good fats. (nuts, avacados, fish, canola, flax seed, sunflower, safflower, and olive oils)
And always take a multi-vitamin, preferably a good one.
Energize your body and boost your mental power with Veriuni™'s own liquid multivitamin and antioxidant formulas. Gleaned solely from plants and the earth itself, Veriuni™'s all-natural ingredients and minerals contain nearly every nutrient you need to fuel your body, mind, and spirit. Here's another question.  If I take Isopure and a fat burner ( Veriuni Thermo) with my workouts and get on a good diet, will this make me add a little more muscle and lose weight.  I really want to add more muscle in my arms.  My arms aren't flabby, however, they don't have any definition either.  Do you think I should add more supplements.

So far I take a multi-vitamin, CLA and Omega 3 along with the Isopure.  Is there anything else to recommend?  I really am seriously about getting a little more toned.

Thanks

The best thing you can do to add muscle is to get your diet on track, no supplements will do the work, none.

Find your caloric needs with a calculator (I think we have one in the nutrition section), and add 200-500 cals above your caloric need

You have to eat clean, no sugars, no cakes, no cookies, no soda, no junk food

Agreed, and you really need to focu on one thing at a time.  You can indeed gain strength and muscle tone while you are losing those last few pounds, but muscle gain and fat loss are generally more effective if you do one at a time.  I am not saying to avoid your weight training while losing weight, I am only trying to keep your expectations within reason to avoid dissappointment, which usually leads to giving up all together.

Fat burners will give you energy, as they are caffeine pills with bonuses.  There are preworkout pills and cocktails without the caffeine, like NO products that can boost your workout.  Beverages such as Yerba and Green Tea can also boost your results.  A good meal 2 hours before also helps, about 300 calories of balanced proportions of carbs, protein and fats. (50/30/20)  Make sure you are well hydrated too, as this decreases capacity very quickly.  Space your meals out to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours during the day if you can to avoid that end of workday sugar low.  And take your vitamins!!

Or perhaps something like this?
This formulation definitely will Boost your energy and
heighten your sense of awareness with Veriuni Ginseng Energy!

So, would it be ok to order both the Veriuni Ginseng Energy and Veriuni Thermo or should I just order one of them?

Yes, I am taking my multi-vitamins along with CLA and Omega 3.

There is one question.  I want to lose 10 lbs and gain muscle and I can't do both.  I'm kind of confused.  I thought when you exercise you are actually losing weight.  Aren't you burning fat?

By the way what does NO stand for when you were referring to NO products?

Yes you can take them both......if you want.  The ginseng energy is something that you can take all the time, whereas the Thermo, like all fat loss supplements should be cycled to avoid adaptation.  Like 1 month on and 1 month off.  So you could try to lose the 10 pounds, and then when you go off you can try to add muscle mass.  Only the truly gifted can gain muscle while they lose fat, because you cannot gain muscle mass without a caloric surplus, and you cannot lose much fat unless you are in caloric deficit.  Exercise burns carbs first, then fat and last muscle if glycogen stores and protein are not present.
NO stands for Nitric Oxide and is a volumizer, meaning it makes you more vascular and brings more blood and nutrients to the muscles.  It is mainstream in bodybuilding, but you will see it becoming more prevalent in the future in your vitamins and other energy products.

Ok, I think this makes sense.  I appreciate you answering my questions.  So, if I were to only take the Thermo and stop taking the Isopure for the time being and still doing weights/cardio, and being a 5-6 meals a day plan then this will help me lose the weight, right?
