Im just starting out and need some help. Im 15, 180 pd, 6'1" . I already have a weight brench and and an attachable leg lift. Heres a list of what dumbells I have ..

9  15 pd dumbells
2  10 pd dumbells
4   5  pd dumbells
1   8  pd dumbells
1   7 and half pd dumbells

What eles do I need and I need a workout plan to go along with this. Like what to do Monday, tuesday,etc. Also want to work in cardio and ab workout. Thanks for your help.

what he said ^ and no i don't think that diet plan for men or whatever you posted in the nutrition area is gonna work and if you don't have muscle what's the point of cutting.GET A MEMBERSHIP! OR GET OFF lol but seriously it takes forever to get Professional size and there are plenty of programs out there that are for cutting and athlete's. not bulking but you need more weight hands down no excuses

What I consider cut...

Someone who has worked hard to gain muscle mass and then cut down bodyfat to a respectable level.. So... they and everyone can admire the hardwork they put into training..
Cut simply means, low bodyfat so the muscle mass you do have shows more definition.. more visible.. but the key is.. you have to have a foundation to work with.. otherwise.. you're just a skinny guy

dito on the memebership.. by the time you invest in a good weight set with squat rack and the appropriate amount of weights.. you could have paid for a years membership to a nice training facility... and the equipment will be far superior.. at leas it should be..
