Im just starting out and need some help. Im 15, 180 pd, 6'1" . I already have a weight brench and and an attachable leg lift. Heres a list of what dumbells I have .. 9 15 pd dumbells 2 10 pd dumbells 4 5 pd dumbells 1 8 pd dumbells 1 7 and half pd dumbells What eles do I need and I need a workout plan to go along with this. Like what to do Monday, tuesday,etc. Also want to work in cardio and ab workout. Thanks for your help.
