My girlfriend will like to get into weight training, in witch I have no prob with and would love to train with her. Is just I don’t know how to train a woman. I know how to lift with form and what exercises are good for what, and how to build muscle. She does not want to be a bodybuilder and even the thought of growing muscle and benign bulky scares the heck out of her. I also don’t know how her diet should be. I'm in my bulking stage right now. So its kind of hard for us to eat at the same place or time cause I eat like a mad man and she barely touches anything I end up eating most of her food anyways.

So I need a woman’s advice. How do I train her, what exercises should I do with her? She is 5-2 about 107 with about 14% body fat from what I can tell. She is not fat, nor fit. Her goal is to get fit. I personally want her to keep it up and keep training. Can anyone point me in the right direction? As far as diet and exercise routine.

Thanks......

I'm not female, but can tell you that having her do what you do but with lughter weights is all she needs,  If she wants toning without bulk have her do higher reps.  As for the diet, how about smaller portions of what your eating?  Or are you not eating cleanly, then i'd suggest finding her a diet on here.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of her doing the same routine as I do with smaller weights. But I did not know how that would transfer to her. I also dont do any cardio, should she be doing cardio? And i do my whole body in one week should she be doing it trwice a week since she is not intrusted in muscle mass? As for eating no way do I eat clean. I eat anything and as much as posible. I have a high metabolism so I can burn calories pretty fast. As she can't.
