www.mass-cycle.com This is the best bulk plan I have ever seen so far, I mean they have the workout plan and supplement plan. Telling you what, when and how to workout, then they have a bulk supplement package and it also tells you what, when and how to take the supplements as well. I never tried it because I have chosen not to take supplements, but I did their workout plan and it rocks! One of my friends at work though did the supplements, not the workout and you could tell they worked. I could only imagine what would have happened if I took the supps along with the lifing plan. I would have gotten freakin huge!

My advice- Forget supps for now. Most of your gains are going to come from food, plain and simple- So don't waste money on supps for the moment. Let your body do what it can with food first, and then you can try some different things out, see if they really help or not. See, if you're just going to start eating right and taking supps right off, how are you really going to know if the supps are working? Food is a guaranteed mass builder. Get your beginner gains from a proper diet, and when the gains start to slow down, then you can look into some supps. Anyway- Best way to put your own diet together is to find out how many calories a day you need- Check out the top of the nutrition forum for the post titled "Calculate expenditure." It'll show you what you need to know. Once you have that number, we'll be better able to get you a good meal plan together- Post that info in the nutrition forum for the best responses.

I agree with cpl, I though you had previous experience with lifting, if you are a beginner, eat right and lift correctly, the mass-cycle book is still very informatable with lifting and nutrition though.

Great person to ask about anything to do with nutritional advice is danmariage, you will more than likely see a lot of his posts in the nutritional section. Good luck.

Eat healthy 5-6 meals a day and eat until your full when bulking. This kind of routine should help. http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Begginers_Natural_Bodybuilding/m_120872/tm.htm Take a look at it. It worked for me and alot of people as well. Goodluck with training!

6-10 meals a day Actually, five or six meals a day will do just fine- As long as you're getting the right amount of calories from the proper sources. There's no sense in overfeeding yourself to that extent- It may work for you, Purenatural, but trying to get that many meals in in one day may not work for most. A common complaint around here is that most people find it hard to eat even five or six meals a day.
