Need a quick tip

I just started lifting (majority upperbody stuff) last February and I took a month off over the summer because I was sick. Anyways, I'm 20yrs old, 6'0" and 153lbs. Before I started I was about 140lbs. and skinny. So I think I've made good progress. I have a six pack and I'm well toned but I want to gain more volume in my middle chest and upper arms. I started doing dropset curls with an E Z bar, but now I hear a straight bar is better because it targets your overall bicep. Any suggestions? The E Z bar is easier on your wrist and develops the outter heads of the bicep I know, but I don't care about comfort so much, I want the volume. I took this new muscle pump supplement called "Five Tetra" last month and it worked well and I take Whey Protein but am thinking of switching to Muscle Milk. What do any of you think? Any feedback would be great. -A.J.
