Start by just trimming the fat with training and diet..

How low do you want to go?

Great.

Start with a full body workout and do cardio 3x a week for 20 minutes, and work on the diet...

You workouts can be in a higher rep circuit style to up to help burn fat.

Read that post and anything you get stuck on...post your questions...

Like is says..water, a multi...

How is your energy?  You sound ready to get rid of the fat...

i am in the same position as BIGT07 is. You only do cardio 3 times a week?!?! I run on a tredmile every day almost for about 20 minutes. Ill run at 5.5 on no incline for about 10 minutes. Walk 4.0 2 minutes. And then go 6.0 for 3 minutes. Walk 2 minutes at about 4.2 and then run 7-8.0 3minutes.

The more often you do it, the faster the body adapts and lowers the caloriec burn from it.

Read the cardio section of that link I gave!

At least you are doing it in an interval fashion...that helps.

I know I know...if I had a dime for everyone who said that..

I was in school and had 3 jobs...eating 8 total meals a day that I pack the night before and carry in a cooler.

Pita bread with Turkey Breast and spinach in it
MRP in a shaker bottle..add water and bingo...
Burrito with chicken, rice and veggies in it

That is 3 meals in your backpack...covers you for almost 12 hours...

Look in that thread I linked for the MRP suggestions...I really prefer the Universal Superheavyweight gainer 1200..look at the MRP post.
