I just bought a Golds Gym GB 2000 from The Sports Authority yesterday along with some dumbells and a 45lb bar with weights. http://www.shop.com/op/aprod-p23715590?sourceid=235 - link to bench. Now that I have some equipment to work with right at my house, I'd like to get a bit more serious and make a work out routine. The problem is I'm not exactly an expert at nutrition and work out programs. This is where I need you guys that are more experienced. I have been eating a lot more and have seen a major gain but I think with the proper program and this new machine I can really start to see some differences. I am 14 years old, approx. 5'9", about 150lbs, and very little body fat. I can bench press 165 a couple times and I'm not sure what I max out at since I havent done it in few months but I would guess its around 180lbs. My goal is to weigh 165 and be able to bench 200lbs. I am pretty much as ripped as I want to be but I would like to be buffer/bigger/stronger. Thank you for all your help.

Never tried anything from Gold's, write a review if you can on the quality, hand position. This doesn't look like it gives much room for legs, if you can fit squats in there let me know and I'll dig one up for you.

Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

Thanks for all your help. I am in Colorado on vacation but when I get back I will assemble the bench and start my routine.

Hey everyone, I have been eating more and am working out at least 3 full sessions a week. I have a 8 pack, nice chest, and all that. Also, I can bench 205 ten times now. When I can afford it I will buy more weight to max out at. I'm hoping I can do 225. Anyways, everything has been working out great. I do have a question though. I have been getting a lot stronger but my weight has only increased by about 5 pounds or so and I'm thinking I should be bigger. How can I get bigger like I am getting stronger? Am I staying the same because I am only doing low reps? Thanks for everyones help.
