First off, to anyone who can put any feedback or advice to this, thank you in advance.

I am looking for some help to find a supplement or supplement stack that is right for me.  Here is some basic stats on myslef ;

Age: 18
Height: 5'9
Weight: 155

I am in the gym 4 days a week, working certain sections of my body each of those days, obviously ;).  Not really a beginner when it comes to the gym, im just looking for something to get me bigger, add some pounds on me, and help/support me getting DEFINED (cut or ripped).

I was thinking on buying the BSN Mass Stack (NO-Xplode, Nitrix, Cellmass).  Any ideas or suggestions on what I could buy to simply help me get BIGGER, put some pounds on, and get defined?!  Any more question on my stats or anything at all, post away!  Once again, thank you in advance!!!

I think you should start with nitrix and noxplode. Cellmass... well its creatine ethyl... I wonder why you take it post workout as it would give you energy as well, hence I did not buy cell mass (yet baught another tub of no xplode instead because I take 2.5 servings). I started off with noxplode first before nitrix. Nitrix should have been first as now the pumps are definetly there, and I feel that the protein I consume is being processed I would say "better." Nitrx also took me about a full bottle to start noticing the effects.. (last 3-4 servings of nitrix). Luckily I got a deal for 2 bottles for 60 shipped. ;] My suggestion would be save that money from cell mass and purchase the nitrix and noxplode combo and use the remaining green for good protein. (Dymatize whey is my favorite). Most of all, if you want size, adjusting your diet will only help and give you quicker results.  Try to find how much serving works best for you for whatever you use. Sometimes the recomended dosage may be too much or too little. Try different amount of servings in a 2-3 week period and look for differences. (Obviously go with what worked and felt best). DO NOT OD THOUGH! will be a waste... haha..  Check out some other products before going into BSN. There are plenty of products out there similar or better than BSN products for cheaper, or more money.

well, i, personally, would not take nitrix. i havent heard good things from it at all. instead i would stack no xplode with cellmass and a good protein/weight gainer. cellmass worked really well for me.. but you need to have enough protein in your body to gain.. preferrably 155-180 grams daily for you. i have heard great things from MuscleMilk, and MuscleJuice by ultimate nutrition (im pretty sure thats the brand) you should read up on stuff before getting it though. these are just my suggestions. but mainly fix your diet and nutrition and you should look great in the future.

I am the opposite of you guys, noxplode was good for me at first but then faded towards the end of the tub. Nitrix on the other hand I noticed the effects right away. And cellmass, IMO they want you to take it post workout to supply you body with the creatine to restock your muscles. You also take the creatine 8 hours later, this would give you a nice amount of creatine everyday(once you take a days worth) and being it is a ethyl ester, from my understanding it will break down into the body faster than monohydrate.

Ive also heard good things about nlarge2, musclemilk, seriousmass(if you want a very high calorie shake), and 100% whey

What's with everyone's obsession with supplements???? lol I notice a lot of people on here seem to be so dependant on them, like its almost the only way you can get massive gains.
You should be more focussed on the more important aspects of bodybuilding like your diet and training instead of all these ridiculously expensive and unnesessary supps. Believe me - you can get great results without them. Hell!

Agreed.  90+ percent of your results will come from diet and training.  At best, supplements can AIDE that by 10% or so.

If your diet and training are in check, however, supplements can be a very real, and very noticable aide.

Yes results are very much obtainable from just diet and training but supplementation has come a lot way and def. helps alot in helping the body supply nutrients. Its extremely common to see more and more builders/gainers useing supplements

well cellmass worked great for me with weightgainer, but the nitrix and no-xplode give you the ability to have a greater workout.  what dimyd said is true, but supplements allow our bodies to reach our goals quicker and provide us with what we need to excel.

I understand the comments about supplements being only 10%, but I greatly disagree with the reality of that. I wouldnt get the protien my body needs, or calories I need with out my Whey an MM. I lifted hardcore for football all through high school and was never really all that huge. I mean dont get me wrong I didnt do the same kind of training I did now, but I still didnt look half as good as I do now at the end of the day. In fact in a lot of ways you can consider supplements a part of your diet. Statistically 10% may be correct (ive never seen any research that shows that) but in reality its far greater.
