Hello all my name is Kevin, Im a member of the Air Force and lately ive been adding on alot of body fat. I used to not have to do anything and my weight would just stay the same or maybe just gain a pound a month or so and I was fine with that but now im to the point where I am disgusted to look at my body in the mirror. I weigh about 230 pounds. I would love to get back to maybe 160 to a 180 pound range but dont really know where to get started becides cardo. I dont really want to be a big strong guy I really just want to be a trim well cut person. If any one out there can point me in the right direction I would really like it...   I would really like to know if I could get this done in about 6 months, all my body mass is in the stomach. I dont know why my arms arm fine my legs have nice tone with a little of fat but when you get to my midsection its like BAMM... I have gut and a nice pair of bitch tits! Is it possible to loss 50+ pounds in 6 months? Im willing to really do what ever it takes just point me in the right direction!!!

The same thing happened to me im in the army, went to Iraq for 1 year a Bamm came home was 40 pds heavier. my legs are fine and my arms got good bi's and tri's it all grew out in my midsection and we got military bodyfat standards to maintain im borderline 24% Army's max last month was 26% do morning PT with company then after been doing 45 min on eliptcal trainer and medium weights and high reps lost 14 pds in the last 40 days and 2.5 % bodyfat I also dont eat after 1800 anymore unless its a protain shake after an evening workout I watch my food and increased to high protain foods like chicken fish and eggs eat lots of salads but we are always on the go in the military so I pack little tuna lunch kits with an apple if I know im going to not be able to sit down and eat healthy well good luck Im on my way to a PCS to korea in 30 days and trying for 15 more pds before I go
