i also used muscle milk for recovery. not so much for the whey as for the casein. casien actually clumps in the intestine and gives a slow nutrient release throughout the catabolic state. i have however found a casein protien powder and will be switching to that and to muscle food (50g protien per serving) i myself used nanoX9 for n.o. and i absoluty love it. although i hear that sp250 is out of this world too, i tried noxplodeand wasnt that impressed with it, even responds differently the answer is yes by the way the 2 products do not conflict
