Hey Im 5' 7 1/2 18 years old and weigh 178. I Look big but its just in my genes that it seems as if i have alot of muscle. I have a poor diet and am extremely lazy when it comes to working out, but i want to change that becasue i want to get cut before i go to college. I do not look overweight at all and have broad shoulders as is.

I want to know what i can do to get cut. How my dieting should be what i should be eating, etc..I want to make my thighs smaller, lose the gut, and gain alot of muscle. Also im tring to lose weight and would appreciate the help on how to begin and what to do..THank You
