Hi, I am 21, 6'0 and 210lbs. I am new to actually working out hard. I have a good body to work with but have too much fat for my likings. I have some good muscle but its not lean because I am chubby. I need to get leaner and more toned. I am looking for a supplement to help speed up the process with an intense workout routine. I would like something that help me get pumped up and motivated to work out hard and long. I have tried Nano Vapor and it seems to get me a little more pumped up to work out. Any thoughts on Vapor? Or maybe No Xplode?  Also, when do I NEED to drink a protein shake, before and after a workout or just after. I don't want to gain any more fat, so I have been considering muscle milk light. I would really appreciate some of your thoughts. And does anyone know a link to a site or have a workout routine for fat burning and toning?  Thanks

Just drink any 100% whey, will be cheaper than MM light. After workout shake is the most important. Whats your diet like? Do a search for no xplode or nano vapor, there are tons with lots of opinions on both products.

whey post N.O pre..I just got done two months of Nano..wasnt bad except gota rash from it and its been 4 weeks sense last scoop and still have it..Now i gota go see a dermatoligist..Im not the only person thats had this side effect either theres a few post on it around here somewhere.

i took nano vapor and got no rash.  my friends took it too... no rash.

i think you're just allergic to somethin in it iamcanadian.

just like iam said,  N.O. pre-workout,  protein post workout within 30 mins  of quitting.

Sweet Potato Smoothie daily
Musclemilk - cytogainer (gots to get ma' carbs)
Whey protein smoothie in the A.M. (peanut butter, milk, whey, oatmeal = yum)
Fish oil, vit. c, multivitamin



Working out is 90% mental... 10% physical

I LOVE naNo vapor.....it gets me pumped before I lift. And with the protein, I take one scoop of 100% whey 30 minutes before, and then I take 2 scoops after, but you can't wait any longer than 60 minutes. You just need to make sure you front-load your carbs too, and if you decide to take a NO, make sure you take it atleast like 5 hours before you go to bed because it will keep you awake from the energy rush.

I can take a nap 20 min after I get home from the gym if I take 2 scoops of nano. I have a half tub of it if anyone wants to buy it. lol

+2.  I totally agree with this.  you can easily build up a tolerance to the pre-workout supps.  Hence the reason it's best to cycle on and off for a few months.

NO-explode doesn't do much for me.
Nano vapor = definately noticeable, and I don't seem to crash.

guess it really depends on the person and the sensitivity of their body to a supplement

My friend used the NO-xplode and he hated it. He switched over to naNO and loves it. I love it too, but I guess it just has different effects on different sorts of people. I also heard this stuff called Black Powder is pretty damn good too.

The NaNox9.. i believe it was had a post on here of people reporting having a rash from taking the  sup..which is a muscletech sup and i cant see the ingredients being to far off from each other.

but to say the least i though it was an overall good N.O supp..Great pumps for the first ub but toward then end the pumps werent there nemore n the focus slowed down also..at the end of the last tub i had to take 4-5 scoops for a decent result..became ammune to it to fast..might go back on a N.O supp next month

4-5 scoops? Damn, lol...that is a lot of stimulants at one time.
