I have been having alot of problems as of late, so I haven't been here in a month. After alot of frustration with my inability to concentrate or remember simple things I went back on Wellbutrin. I have been researching for the past few days to try and find a reason as to why I have been having these problems. I.E. Neurotransmitters, stress, chemical imbalance) Reading about L-Tyrosine and L-Glutamine surfaced information relative to restoring these naturally occuring aminos within your body. I have searched sups101 for them but have only found products containing Tyrosine as a byproduct. My doctor doesn't seem to have a clue as to what is wrong. He says there is a problem but I will need to go to a specialist. I haven't heard anything since. 1. Should I seek L-Glutamine supps for my concentration? 2. Can L-Tyrosine be found in suspension capsules, should I take it? I'm not really sure what questions to ask to be quite honest. I just need help finding a way to restore my mind. Feel like I'm getting friggen Alzheimer’s. Thanks for any useful suggestions, Ty

Well, I don't know if you should take the stuff, but Now Foods does make L-Tyrosene in both pill and powder form. I couldn't find them at supps101, but they might be able to order them in for you... And here's an article from Now Foods on tyrosene.

I've read somewhere that L-glutamine aids in combatting depression. Now Foods sells L-Glutamine in powder and capsule as well.....I have taken L-Glutamine from time to time to aid in cuttting (helps to preserve LBM)........not a bad supplement, but I'm not too sure if it's necessary to spend the $$ on it.... P.S...glad to see ya back here again
