Kinny, first I want to say that results do take time- you said yall are getting engaged in a few months- keep that in mind. what are her current stats? is she working out now or a history of weight training ? cardio? Id suggest in her case a Full body routine 3 days per week to begin with if she is just getting into it, again depends on her current workout program. Ill suggest more when I know. What is her diet like- perhaps post that up for critque... as a huge factor of her progress is dependant on that.
