Okay, I'm new to DB, first day and i'm looking to gain muscle and cut down fat, ALOT. Weight: 225lbs height: 6'0" age: 16 waist: 38 I've never lifted weights before or anything like that, i pretty much sit on my computer all day but that's all gotta change during the summer. I wanna be at 180lbs with muscle, but i only have this ****ty ass sears gym machine thing. It does all the workouts, but it's not freeweights so i don't know how much i'm actually lifting/pushing/moving etc.. And going to the gym is not an option! I'm in need of Desperate help, asap! Thanks. (Assholes, don't post k thx)

i'm sure u can find a bar that u can pullups with. pullups are a really great exercise. u can do pushups and pullups. 2 very good exercises to do if u don't have free weights

if you wanna lose 45lbs of weight, mostly fat and add on muscle, for this summer, then you need to get to a gym, and even then id say its very improbable to achieve this in such a short time.
