Need tips on chest exercises

Need tips on chest exercises - Saturday, August 09, 2008 10:25 PM ( #1 )
Ok, im 15 and 5"6 and weigh 108 to get that out of the way. Alright, when i get to the gym i immediatly grab 25

 dumbbells and do 12 reps(really easy). Then i grab 30"s and do 10 reps. Then 35's and do 8 reps. Then 40's

for 6 reps. Then 45 for as many as i can (3-6). After that ill hop on the shoulders-chest press sitting thing (idk

what its called) and do the following 90- 6 reps, 110-4 reps, 130-2 reps. Then ill get on the racked bench( the

one with the rails or w/e) and with a flat bench do 105 for 6 reps. 115 for 3-4 and then 120 for 1-2. After im

done i immediatly do as many pushups as possible( usually 20-30) until im gonna scream and i couldnt do

another if someone gave me a million bucks. Oh and i rest 1 minute between reps.

Any tips?

IMO one should not do more that 3-4 exercises for chest.Rather concentrate on form & weight .
Try doing flat bench with BB & Incline with DB,You can alternate between doing them with BB & DB,Throw some flys in and finaly try something like cable pull overs or chest press.
