Need new routine - Friday, June 06, 2008 3:03 PM ( #1 )
With summer coming I want to change my routine and amount of time in the gym...Currently I am going to the gym 6 times a week and I want to cut it down to 5 days..
 
Anyone have ideas for a good 5 day routine? I want to keep Sunday as a Chest/Tricep day but if anyone has suggestions on the rest of the week it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

there are a lot of good 4 day split routines on here you could try.  3 day routines are good too.  you could do a 3 day and 2 days of cardio.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.
