Need help picking the right supplement - Monday, July 06, 2009 9:54 PM ( #1 )
Hello,
I'm a girl trying to train for body physique competition and I need help picking the right supplement, the last supplement that I use was SUS500
great stuff, I got nice body mass, cut, lean and gain a good amount of muscle.
The problem that I encounter with the supplement was my face turn out with a lot of acne and hair loss.
Currently I finish a bottle of Epistane,i don't have no noticeable muscle gain, also I'm glad my face is clear of acne and no crazy hair loss.
I would like to find a supplement that i can get lean and cut muscles with no acne effect,
Can some one help me here

Sorry, I wish I could help but I have no idea what you are asking for.

Maybe be more specific and I will help you out..

If your goal is physique avoid this section, go over to the diet and training section, ask for tips on a routine and ask for tips on a good diet program.

If you are a girl I would definitely avoid prohormones/prosteroids at all costs. You can really have some crazy sides on the stuff.

I would stay away from prohormones and focus on getting harder. I got great results from FightLabs ADRENALINE XR. Its an energy booster/fat burner made for MMA fighters. I dropped 29lbs in 9 weeks with this product, my arms and chest measurements stayed the same my waist went from a 38 to a 32. I would take 1 capsule in the morning and I would have to remember to eat. I took away my cravings and gave me lot of energy. I hate doing cardio, because its so boring, but this makes you so focused you zone in on whatevery your doing (ie. computer work, paperwork, cardio etc..). I know women take this product, because I have seen posts online and on myspace from female MMA fighters. As women training for physique competition, your conditioning is going to be way more important than size...
